Terrible service and defective products. I purchased an item just before closing time, right before leaving for a 4-day family holiday. Yesterday was my first day back — meaning I had the product for only 5 days in total. Within 20 minutes of purchase, the magnet on the product stopped working. It was clearly defective.

I brought it back not asking for a refund, just to exchange it for one that worked — and was met with shocking rudeness. The woman working there yelled at me, showed absolutely no manners, and had zero understanding of basic customer service.
