Ifam demonstrated exceptional customer service. I went in on two separate occasions. I first went in and bought a regular phone charger in order to charge my laptop in my car. My laptop was still not taking any charge however Ifam had tried the charger in many devices in the store where it had worked. After his diagnostics he came to the conclusion that I should get a converter charger for the car and also explained in details the technicalities of the different ranges of power and the correlation to what devices would need. He then showed me a car converter and I had asked if he can allow me to take it outside to test it out in my car first before purchasing. He was very understanding and allowed me to do so. I returned and told him that it was not working as my laptop was still not taking any charge. Rather than just taking it as it and just leaving it as that. He went above and beyond and suggested that he will come and take a look and help me with it. He came to my car and he also saw that my laptop was not taking any charges so he said he will try in his car as a process of elimination to which again, he could have just left it as is and leave me with no solid conclusion but he went above and beyond again and tried it in his car and the device had turned on and my laptop was receiving charge. After a few diagnostics we came to the conclusion that it was perhaps my battery in my car given that I was also seeing my battery light come on on my dashboard. He provided me with a good price on the converter and I had asked if he can hold on to the price so that when I get my battery fixed and return I will get it for that same price. Time had passed and eventually went to a mechanic and they claim to have fixed my battery so I had now return to see Ifram to get the converter that we had spoke about initially. The same thing was happening where I tried the converter in my car and it still was not turning on then I went back in the store and asked if he can possible try it in his car again and see . Rather than saying no because he had already went through this with me from the last time. He was still open minded and happy to help me again. We went to his car and plugged in the device and it did turn on and so my laptop was charging. After this, he suggested that given that we see that the device is working, it may be my battery again which was very evident that it was the only issue as I had explained to him that the mechanics that I went to do the battery replacement was also supposed to do another job on the car but they claimed to have fixed the job but it is currently not fixed. Needless to say, Thank you greatly Ifram, it was your determination, patience, integrity and honesty that made me return as I appreciate that you did not rush me nor dismissed me and that you took your time to explain everything to me and the technicalities of how things work as I am really not a tech person. I appreciate your efforts and your kindness and I am very happy to say that I have now found a tech place that is very patient and informative as I will not be lost in the tech world and most importantly, know where I will be valued and treated with such patience, kindness and understanding each and every time. These are the qualities that makes me willing to do a review and willing to refer others as well as return as I now feel assured that if I have any tech problems I can always confidently say that I know a guy because I know that the quality of service will always be exceptional and I also know that with whatever information that I receive, will be based on truth, integrity, honesty and persevering efforts.Thank you Ifram, for your great efforts and may you continue to provide exceptional services like this. They helped me with a digital antenna system, Iphone 10 service and RV security and dash cam needs. The pricing was far better than amazon and the pacific mall, on almost every item I checked. Since I can’t reply to your comment “tech visions” I will reply on my initial comment. Amazon’s tv mount is $20 with free shipping, yours is $19.99 but always on sale for $14.99 plus an additional $12 to ship so ordering from amazon is almost $9 cheaper for the same thing also if there is a problem they actually have customer service and try to help. For an example amazon sent a wrong order out of mine last week but noticed the problem and offered me a $10 coupon on my next order for the inconvenience. If I could copy and paste on this forum I would to prove this. If your company would of attempted to help me I wouldn’t be going out of my way to write this review, fact is you did nothing and stuck me with $12 shipping fee for nothing then told me too bad it’s my mistake.
