Lazeez Shawarma — Restaurant in Toronto

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, and I'm sure many people have enjoyed them and this location. Sadly my experience yesterday was far from enjoyable. 1st, my girlfriend asked for their veggie wrap and if they didn't have it wanted chicken for a replacement. They gave her a falafel wrap which she didn't ask for. 2nd, we enjoy spicy and know how tolerance levels. When we asked for medium spice we expected medium spice. My chicken wrap was medium spice, but my gyro wasn't and her falafel wrap which she didn't even want was even more spicy than my gyro wrap and our chicken platter dinner was extremely spicy. Why I mentioned the spice tolerance was that if you don't have tolerance for the amount of heat it will upset your stomach. We had our food last night and wasted majority of it and have felt sick ever since. 3rd, they didn't prepare our food with love and care. Half of my chicken wrap which was the only edible item of the 4 had little vegetables in one half and too many in the other end of the wrap. Very disappointed, as my girlfriend has had amazing Lazeez before. We will not be ordering from them again. Last point, multiple reviews mention the location has cockroaches. I recommend your location deal with that, before someone complains to head office and you face consequences for not having proper upkeep of...

Been to Lazeez before (other locations) - this place is nice! Decor is great and large seating space!

However, the tv screen shows SMALL size for Lazeez on sticks, when I order, puts in a regular, I tell him small, he then says "we only have regular and large".

Then why have small showing on screen... WITH pricing?

Next time maybe I will get a reg/large but I just wanted a small but apparently only exists on board :(

1. Food is great (as always)! No doubt. I wish the FRIES would be crispy. Not sure why you guys do SOFT fries :/ ...

2. Service: nice people. Smiling and all HOWEVER, I understand you are new location. But when there are only 2 people waiting for their order, with 4 people behind the counter in kitchen, why did I have to wait 5 mins before my order was taken. It's not a busy time and it was slow. I get faster service in busy times in other locations.

3. when someone pay 0.50 cent for Extra Garlic, why would you not put a lot? What's the point of showing the pictures online like it's swimming in sauce but in real life you out only a little bit more? :/ .. why charg money then - this has happened at other...

Very disappointing! I ordered a Shawarma plate on 27th of Ramadan. What I found were rice with 6 pieces of chicken shreds, 7 fries and no sauces which I ordered.My order costed me almost $30! I was fasting and felt disappointed to see my order. I called restaurant and a guy named Mohammad was at the other end.He promised me that he will compensate it with my other order and he said that I can call him anytime. Today I called at 3:30pm and asked if he is Mohammad and he said yes . But when I reminded his promise he absolutely denied that his name is mot Mohammad. When I asked him why he lied he just laughed out his lie. He told me that Mohammad will start his shift at 6 pm. I called at 6:40pm and the guy who picked up the phone told me that Mohammad left!!! It is sad to see how greed and dishonesty can ruine the goodwill of organizations. From now on, I’ll share this fraud to my family and friends through social media and never ever order from here in future.
