Hear me out for the 1 star experience I ordered P6 from the menu. The pho noodle tastes dry compare to other Pho restaurant. The brooth is full of MSG, which is also okay compare to others. The beef is not good quality, raw beef turns fully cooked in hot brooth in seconds, and its dry. Overall, pho quality is 6/10. However, i did order a Large, i swear they just use a bigger bowl and give me the same small portion. Soup fills at least 2/3 of the bowel. I have no idea where the extra $2 had gone to. More MSG soup? Service is just normal, waitress wearing a mask but didn't even say a word the whole time, used a finger ask me if I am by myself. Then i was given a paper to write down what I want. There is no AC, it is hot to dine in. It is clean in the restaurant, but my table had oil mark on it. When l want to pay the bill, the bill comes up with 10% service charge on it, which is Unheard of in any Pho restaurants I've been to in Toronto. I believe its either the owner or the manager bring me the bill, i was about tip them anyways, but wasn't expecting a service charge. The most ridiculus moment happened, i put down a 20, the guy didnt take away my bill, just looking at it, so i look up to him, he asks: can I just take the whole thing away? along with a gesture of not giving me changes back. This is what leads to this 1 star review. I can believe he expect me to just leave 20 for one bowel of pho. I mean if it is a fancy restaurant, with excellent service, along with good quality food OR I am filthy rich, sure, expect 25% tips is reasonable. But consider the experiences and the food I've just had, the owner's expectation from his customers is beyond reasonable. Please pay attention when you order from them. I dont usually leave 1 star reviews, but i will not return to...

I've come here so many times and almost every time theres been something to gripe about. A lot of the times it's honestly just the lack of respect you get from the employees. They never smile or do anything to make you feel welcome. This one time, I ordered some beef soup and it came with squid in it. Was completely grossed out, got them to take it back then waited forever for a new bowl only to have the new be the exact same. Spent 20 minutes in front of a date picking some gross stuff out of my soup because can't be bothered losing my head over them not getting my meal current the first or second time. Other times I've brought a date or a friend and one person will get served while the other waits to the point where one person is finished their food before they even get theirs. Other times you ask for water or tissue and they dont even return with what you asked. It's an easy location, yes but the food is pretty run of the mill. Plenty of other more courteous restaurants so I strongly suggest you reconsider going here. Use it as a last resort. Really the last time I'll be going there after another embarrassing evening out.

Edit: Forgot to mention, their spring rolls are pretty trash. Dont bother! And everything at your table will feel like it had just a spit and shine to clean it. Edit2: Seeing these other reviews speak of finding feathers on their chicken really grosses me out even more but I'm...

I would like to share the worst experience we had to this restaurant, about the server, it was a lady with light brown hair, she was the rudest, server i ever meet , we came in and one server came we ask for a table we explained if we could join the other table together as our daughter is sick and we have a small kid too, just to have a bit distance, then the lady with light brown hair came to us saying that one is enough for us, and we been trying to explain the situation but this lady is so rude and start making arguments with us, so another young girl came , she was nice to us, so we did order our meal, everything was going smooth, but this lady with light brown hair every time she pass to our table, she is giving us sharp look, making angry face and looking at us, to our table, specially me as Im the one facing the front side, we paid our bill on the way out this lady came again , and really wants some fights, she is clearly have a bad attitude, she rude, mean , she is the rudest person i ever meet in a restaurant, i really hope that the owner will talk to her, thank you so much, the food was good, except to that lady with...

On a chilly Sunday afternoon, after going to church, my cousins who I visited in the area and I were craving for something warm and filling. Soup would be nice, we decided, or maybe even congee but I realized that I haven't had Vietnamese in a long time now. Vietnamese it is, then. I thought we were going to a corner restaurant along Kennedy where we used to go but we went to this trendy place instead. The old one wasn't as good anymore, they said. The outside looked hip and modern although you will get also the traditional Vietnamese restaurant vibe when you step inside. Ordering is easy and we have a wide selection of soups, phos, noodles and other dishes, as well as dessert and drinks. The servings vary from small, medium, and large but even the smallest bowls can really fill you up. The only thing I didn't like as much is the summer roll, it could have done away with the slice of meat and just left the noodles, and shrimp wrapped and to be dipped in that wonderful peanut sauce. Mmmmm. All in all the food was awesome, the price was decent, and the staff were quick and nice. We would definitely come back there whenever I come visit again.

Staff not friendly when cleaning up, she came the second I finished the last sip of the noodle soup, and after that her eyes were on me like staring at me until I signalled for the bill. She did a vamoose kind of a hand signal pointing to the cash when I asked her what to do if I need to pay using the machine - I was like: That's kind of rude. They tried to make everyone sitting close together or at the same corner. There is a woman who sat next to me kept talking on the phone "spraying" her droplets all over, but when another woman came in, who seemed to be a regular customer and spoke English to them, the server didn't suggest the corner seating with the crowd. I mean I prefer to space out still because of COVID. The food is pretty good actually and delicious, but pricy like $13.99 for a M size Pho and there is a 10% service charge already on the bill.

One of my favorite spots in Scarborough for the pho noodles, which is the main reason to go for. They have quite a lot to choose from the menu like most vietnamese restaurants I have been to. The service is simple and usually only come when you call them over, standard for many Asian restaurants. The way you order is by writing the dish number on a sheet of paper yourself and then hand it to the servers. The reason I enjoy the pho here is because I feel the soup is more flavorful than the other places I have been to; the stock is more fragrant yet packs more beef flavor, and that makes the noodles and the add-ons tastes much better. I have been here many times and the taste of the soup, as well as the meats on top, is consistently great, which makes this restaurant one of my favorite places for a quick and relatively cheap comfort food.
