I used to go to Le Petit Spa for waxing with an esthetician I followed from spa to spa for over 15 years, and because of that relationship I chose Le Petit Spa for a shower/spa party for my daughterās wedding party.
When I called to inquire about hosting a spa party there I got the impression it was not something they had a lot of experience doing. It was tough to get the info I needed. But Iād been to a few so thought Iād help them out and booked the appointment and worked on a spreadsheet for my guests to choose services from so I could present it to the spa and they could staff it accordingly. However, when we called with the info they said they had cancelled our reservation because we hadnāt got back to them fast enough with numbers? Typically when I book an appointment anywhere itās confirmed unless I cancel, so that came as a shock! Anyhow got through that mess, rebooked and continued to trust it would all work out. The maid of honour decorated and put out an incredible spread of cheeses and chocolates and champagne etc. I arrived 8 minutes late with the bride because it was a surprise and instead of being greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne we were greeted with a line of angry estheticians waiting to get started with the services that were now 8 minutes behind schedule and the wedding party was clearly stressed š„² So no champagne or socializing at the start, but we were told we would see each other in between services, the idea was that people would flow in and out of the lounge for services and mingle in between. Thatās how a spa party typically runs. But that didnāt happen, they did all the services back to back, so we had no time to visit until all services done. So the lovely spread and champagne had to sit for almost 3 hours š³ And then they started hounding us to pack up because the spa was closing soon. So it was a disaster from the get go and I felt responsible because I recommended the spa. So I hope this review helps others who book a spa party here! Make sure to check often that your reservation is still in effect, book extra time for socializing before, in between and after all services and provide a detailed schedule of what services you would like and when so there are no surprises!!
On a positive note, I see they have since updated their website to include various spa packages so my review has already resulted in some positive changes! My feedback fell on deaf ears until I wrote the review and then they were very angry. So while theyāve lost me as a valuable customer hopefully they will gain new ones...

Unfortunately this last time I went was quite awful. They were friendly, but the actual treatment was horrible.
I had foot reflexology and a pedicure. This was not my first time for these services here, so I thought I knew what to expect. The foot reflexology was done in a massage room, which I love. The bed is really cozy and the room is a relaxing space. Unfortunately the esthetician I had dug her nails into my skin when working between my toes, which I tolerated hoping that it would be short lived.
For the pedicure, that was one of the most uncomfortable pedicures I've ever had. My toes were being tortured. The esthetician was very rough, it hurt when she was snipping my cuticles and she painfully dug into my skin with a wooden tool when trying to remove nail polish from the edges.
The nail polish was put on way too thick and didn't cover the edges of the nail well. More than three hours later they were still not dry. By the next day, the polish was already coming off.
The pedicure and reflexology was so rough, that the next day my feet stung when I took a shower from the broken skin caused by the tools and her nails.
Because I have been going here for years, I thought I would call and give them some feedback rather than write a review. I have left multiple messages asking for a manager to call me back, but no one has called me back.
I chose not to complain on the day because the esthetician was still there and this was also supposed to be my relaxation time. My husband had my daughter and this was my time to relax and have some self care. The last thing I wanted to do is complain and potentially deal with conflict, or embarrass someone. However, by the next day was the polish was coming off and my feet still hurt, and it was clear this was a bad experience that I had to share with the manager. I don't know the name of the esthetician.
My husband got me this for a mother's day gift. We will be going elsewhere...

I sent photos to the owner whom admitted that there were some room scheduling issues. The technician took me in 10 minutes late. I booked an express 40 minute service for a reason. After my starting the treatment and seeing my discomfort she said sorry that's the wrong machine. Left for another 10 minutes. Finally another technician came in with the proper machine but by the time she finished I could not enjoy the mask as I was already now 20/25 minutes plus behind due to thier issue. Embarrassingly on thier part when I came out and expressed that I couldn't finish my treatment, she offered me a whopping $12 off the package. Unreal. I emailed the owner and they have offered for me to come back in and receive another treatment on them. I understand what they are trying to do but as a business owner myself, I know that's unacceptable. I explained really the only thing that would satisfy me as a client is a refund because literally none of this mess was my fault. I have since heard nothing back. I sent photos of the broken blood vessels that the first machine caused where the technician used it. My treatment was on a Thursday and by Sunday I was still applying Arnica cream to clear it up.
