Terrible Experience – Avoid Both Pasha Kebab and DoorDash

I placed an order for a chicken platter from Pasha Kebab through DoorDash at 11:45 AM and paid $37. The app showed the order would be ready for pickup in under 20 minutes. I arrived at the pickup location, called multiple times, and even left voicemails—no one answered. Pasha Kebab never responded or acknowledged the order.

After waiting and getting no response, I contacted DoorDash. They cancelled the order, but I never received a refund. No follow-up from Pasha Kebab, no support from DoorDash.

I was visiting from Seattle and ran into this hidden gem. I've been missing Turkish food for a long time and even visited NJ since they have the best of the best Turkish food in the US. But this Adana kebap was outstanding and outranked even the best kebabs I had in NJ, and even most I had in Turkey. In all honesty, I ate like 3 and a half portions and not even feel bad about it. I order from this restaurant quite frequently through Uber Eats but tonight my experience was horrible. Ordered Adana Kebap plate and the Kebaps were very undercooked, chewy and raw. They were burnt from the outside and totally raw from the inside. The spicy ezme was disgustingly stale and tasted rancid. The bread was completely soggy like it had been dipped in water.
