Hello Vegans! I am pleased to share that our second experience with Khoe was very good! We got two orders of Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. Both were very yummy and well made (I especially like the amount of veggies and tofu in the bun bo Hue) Our first visit was a little disappointing however we are pleased to share we would definitely go back for either the Khoe bowl or Bun Bo Hue or spring rolls! Thanks Khoe! P.s. I like my soups spicy so I would probably ask for mine to be extra spicy next time Please scroll below to read my first review. Hello fellow Vegans, My hubby and I ordered the Khoe bowl, curry bowl & salad rolls. The khoe bowl was great, however we are SUPER DISAPPOINTED with the curry bowl and salad rolls. The curry bowl came with very hard rice noodles that were not cooked properly! And the salad rolls were literally rice paper and rice noodles…. When I order “salad rolls” I’m expecting to get rolls that are filled with fresh veggies (I order this many places and I have to say these are the worst I’ve had 😢) I would like to hear back from the manager or owner as this order was expensive and I don’t feel we got what we paid for! Not to mention we drove from north van to pick up this food!

Cảm ơn !! Vegan yum factor to the max! An UberEats lunch haul, first time order and one satisfied vegan for sure. I had myself a tofu fest after taking advantage of their one time two meal combo offer. The sweet chilli tofu was a complete knockout, awesome flavoring and textures with awesome portion sizes. The tofu here was a much better consistency to the stir fried glazed tofu that comes as part of the bowls and made it for me. The Khoe bowl was super tasty, a fantastic overall balance and crispy, non greasy, totally fresh and crunchy veggie spring rolls were great. Good presentation and a nice side of veggies and vibrant, fragrant vibes from a traditional Vietnamese or pan Asian streetfood style bowl. For me, the glazed tofu bowlhad way overkill on the sauce and seasoning and was completely dosed and drenched in dressing which also made it pretty sloppy and messy to eat as well as being too sweet. Pretty expensive grub but worth it on the discounted offer and I'd return if I was in a mood to treat myself. Support local businesses!

Amazingly fresh food, great portions, super fresh. I absolutely love that it’s all vegan and it completely satisfies my cravings for Vietnamese. I’ve tried a lot of Vietnamese with vegan options around the city and this is now my top fave. I was ordering the khoe bowl with glazed tofu & spring rolls the first couple of times but now I’m really enjoying the faux chickn bowl and I get spring rolls on the side. This bowl is actually super close to the pork ones from my memories when I ate meat (which used to be my fave). The only thing that would make Khoe better is if they also offered a rice version of their bowls. Sometimes I want a warmer rice dish instead of the colder noodle dish and so it would be great to be able to swap. Adding my request here in hopes Khoe checks these reviews ;) I typically order via Uber eats with the two person combo. Wish I lived closer to Khoe as I’d prob eat there at least once a week if I could ;)

I love ordering from khoe for many reasons!

As a pho lover, khoes BHH tastes incredibly flavourful. I wouldn't in a million years think that the vegan pho somehow reminded me that any textures, tastes, and nutrition was missing. Same goes for all of the items on their menu. My other personal favourite is their spring roll! So crispy and refreshing. They're so yummy for the belly and friendly for the environment.

Another reason to love khoe is their sustainable packaging. Not only are most of their food products packed in containers and bags that are made from recycled materials, their desserts come in the cutest mason jars. It makes me feel good about my purchase choices.

Lastly is the dedication they put into making sure their customers are happy. I always see that they're constantly communicating with the customers on social media on their stocks at different stores, opening hours, new menu items and are open to comments. Ive come to learn that they are the most caring restaurant ever!

Check out their insta to see their food. Or better yet, order to try for...
