This is by far the best and most professionally operated UPS Store which I've personally ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a couple dozen of them all over North America). Nima runs a very tight ship here, and is always extremely kind, caring, and involved in whatever you may require his assistance with. Unlike many other UPS Stores with some extremely rude and unprofessional staff who could not care less about their work, Nima goes above and beyond to ensure his clients satisfaction. I am yet to provide him with a task which he was unable to successfully carry out- he is well-equipped for any and all shipping/copy-related tasks you might throw at him, and will always complete them with a smile on his face. After countless visits to his location, I feel as if though I've made a friend, and will always recommend his store to anyone after such services. Read moreScam - do not use them for virtual mailbox - they will "lose" every package I used their virtual mailbox services to forward mail. Of the 4 packages, only 2 have arrived. A third was lost in the very beginning for nearly 2 months. I spoke to 3 people at their office who said they never received the package and had "looked everywhere". UPS provided proof of delivery and only after I threatened legal action did they miraculously find the package just a short hours later. The most recent last 2 are now also lost and they have failed to fill out the paperwork since the claim was filed in August with UPS. I get the run around every time I contact them. I have now lost hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise because of this...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I should have written this review sooner, as the incident happened a few months ago. UPS lost our registered letter, and at the end of the day, all they offered was a refund. The money wasn't what mattered to us — what was truly important was that the letter be delivered, which is why we registered it in the first place.
We could have used a private courier, but we trusted UPS — and that turned out to be a big mistake. If you have a letter that is critical for you or your company, I strongly advise against using UPS.
