TAC Sports, Swim, and STEM — Local services in Markham

Wed., Aug. 13, 2025. Good day! Although I am in my seventies and my summer camp days are long gone, I still enjoy participating in physical activities. I live across the street from All Saints Catholic Elementary School. During the school year, I look forward to hearing and seeing the students playing and having fun outdoors. I miss the sounds when staff and students are on their well-earned vacations. This summer, I have been blessed with the excitement I hear and the talents I observe from TAC Sports Group. From a distance, I can see the encouragement and support TAC offers to the young participants! I am the father of six wonderful children. I taught elementary school for over thirty years. I have and continue to volunteer with children. Based on my observations and personal experiences over the years, I am confident in saying the TAC participants have been in good hands this summer and have been provided with learning opportunities and experiences in a caring and supportive environment. My applause goes to the Toronto Catholic District School Board and All Saints Catholic Elementary School for opening their doors and welcoming TAC Sports Group. Our family loves TAC Sports camps! My son has participated in summer camp, various weekly after school lessons and most recently the Winter Holiday Camp. The quality of the instruction, attentive staff, and caring and experienced program directors has made TAC our “go to” company for sports instruction. He had mornings in robotics and coding and afternoons and tennis. It was a great way for him to keep his mind and body active. TAC Sports staff are highly trained in their specific sport, and are also very responsive to every child’s needs. They truly care about each child’s development in sport as well as their social and emotional growth. We feel very comfortable sending our son to TAC camp – we know he will be well taken care of, learn the love of sport, and have a great time! Everyone who works at TAC Sports truly cares about the children they teach. They are welcoming, flexible, and understanding of the various needs of children. Our son loves going to camp and to his weekly TAC programs after school. The instructors make him feel part of the TAC team, always offer positive reinforcement, and truly care about his self esteem and skill development. I highly recommend TAC sports camps, as well as bringing the TAC team to your child’s school for after school sports programs. Well...

With all my heart --I thank all the staff members at the Central Tec location. It was my boys first time attending TAC sports and they absolutely have loved it. A thankful and big shout out with all my honor to Rebecca the supervisor. She is an amazing lady that went over and beyond her expectations to care for my son when he wasn't feeling well and cared for him with a good heart and specially with a great attitude! My son Noah said "Mommy can I come back next year only if Rebecca is here" never have I heard my boy of 9 years old ask me about returning to a specific camp. This attitude shows me that my son was comfortable and really enjoyed his summer days here. Forever I will be grateful for Rebecca and all the staff that made these two weeks memorable for my boys.
