Walked around the whole store looking a pet item. I had spend over 20 min looking through the pet aisle and the item wasn't there. Browse around a few more times before I decided to ask for help. Went to look for floor staff; found one. This Indian mid-age staff, looked at me as though I am bothering her from working. I've asked her is there anywhere else in the store that would stock a pet item that I am looking for. She response by telling me to go to the pet aisle. I advised her that I've looked at the pet aisle for a long time and wasn't able to find it. I was curious if display elsewhere in the store. I saw dog chewing bone display near the children clothing. The staff responded, I don't know I only work on this side of the store, she doesn't go on the other side. Her tone of voice as though I shouldn't be asking her.
Cashing out, a young Indian lady was on cash. Line up is fairly long. The cashier is taking her damn sweet time scan the over flowing items. This cashier literally does not want to work. But when she sees Indian customers she greeted them "hello, how are you? Would you like a bag? Would you like to sign up for Walmart credit card?" ANYONE else that she cashed out, not even a greeting not even a smile, doesn't even offer to up sale for bag etc. She just want to get you out of her lane as soon as possible.
This is the reason why the line up of the self-check out is hundred times longer then the cashier because customer just don't want to deal with people who got hired to do their job but just don't want to do the job properly or...
Read moreWalmart will sell you stuff with missing parts and then sneakily screw you over when you go to deal with the issue. We bought a jolly jumper online and an important part was missing. When we came to this location to deal with it the customer service person returned the item however we wanted a new one with all the parts. She then said to call the online people because she cant do that. We then had her call them as we were afraid we wont get the discounted price because it was not on sale anymore. We were right they could not fix this and said basically we would have to pay the new higher price. We asked for the manager and even when she got involved she said there is nothing they can do. So basically Walmart sells you things with missing parts, jacks up prices , then when you go to get the problem resolved they don't help they cost you more money and time. The manager saying she could not order this in is absurd to me because literally anyone can order it online so how can a Walmart location that needs to stock there shelves with inventory not order this in. And the whole time they are giving us the run around for hours we had a 5 month old baby with us. I will be using amazon from now on and not buying important items from Walmart and you should do the same. We all know they literally cheap out in every way possible even having manufacturers make cheaper parts for there orders to lower the prices , or in this case just having an entire part missing, is that why it was on sale. I came back into this location to return a bottle spray hand sanitizers which smell really bad. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and a younger man from the cashier told me I just needed to find/remember the date it was purchased with my 4 end numbers of the card I paid by. I provided all that to his higher coworker or management team. The management girl... clearly not a women with her attitude and no customer service skill. Did not care for the situation or care for any assistant. It’s like I did not matter because she was too busy laughing and talking to her coworker while not really trying to help me. I did not as for a refund but a store credit as the product is not good nor is it usable. When she couldn’t find a transaction number on her end. She did not give me a satisfaction solution. Her attitude when speaking to myself as a customer is RUDE. I don’t believe that there was no solution nor the way she handle the situation was professional or to business standard. — at the end I told her, since you can’t find the receipt nor can you do anything about it than just toss the product out because it’s useless to me. And this review is not about her not returning/crediting me for a $5.00 product but the problem was her attitude and the lack of customer service skill she showed while on the clock and working.
