I was so excited when I came across a few pieces that I loved from the Fraicheliving collection on instagram and decided to purchase two bracelets right away. I guess I should have done more research on the company and location. Since I live in United States I was thrilled to see free shipping available but not for returns. I ordered a small bracelet and one in regular size. It took an extremely long time to get the products, since the company is in Canada. When I finally did receive the package, both bracelets did not look right due to size. One was extremely small and the other one was to big and kept flipping over. I had my husband go to the post office the next day to start the return process since the customer is only given two weeks to get the product back to headquarters in Canada to finalize the return. At the post office, it took my husband more than an hour to ship the products back. Not only did he have to purchase insurance due to the company’s request for protection due to customs but shipping almost cost half the price of both bracelets. While the jewelry that I received as a gift looked pretty visually, we encountered issues. I was given a ring as a gift and within a couple of weeks it was bent and several stones had fallen out. It was returned and exchanged for a different ring with a different design, and additional money was given to purchase it. After wearing it maybe 2-3 times, again, a couple of stones fell out. The rings were both worn only occasionally and no unusual or rough tasks were undertaken when worn. It was shocking to see not only one, but two pieces of jewelry degrade. The person who gave me the jewelry felt badly as they had searched out what they had hoped to be a quality jeweler, and to have to return two rings in a short period of time was disheartening. I was just at the shop today and had an amazing experience and I wanted to share an overdue review.

I purchased a necklace for a gift back in may, but due to an accident the chain broke!

They took it back with no questions and even repaired it, unfortunately once we got it back something happened and it had to go for repair again.

Today I stepped in the shop preparing to drop it off for repair but to my surprised they offered to just provide me with a replacement necklace instead of waiting.

I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a business, I will never be afraid of referring someone to this...
