One of my favourite spots for some self care!
Amanda is genuine..she greets everyone by name and always checks in after each session. My first time visiting the salt room was about a year ago. I did the detox and salt room. It was a refreshing experience!
I also visit the salt room for sound healing with Lunar Sols. Najla is a pure soul. I experienced a few of her group sessions and I also did a private 1 on 1 sound healing. That was mind blowing. It was relaxing but powerful.
Last week, I got the chance to experience the akashic meditation with Tara. I have been doing Tara's online meditations for months and I felt it was time to do it in person. I have been to 2 in person sessions in the salt room and each time it was moving!

I also love spending time in the salt detox room, where you relax in cozy chairs and rest your hands and feet on warm salt blocks. Or, there's salt room where you can relax on cushions in a peaceful, warm, and beautifully designed space and breathe in the salt-infused air —a true oasis.
