Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Whitby

Terrible. 15 $ for 6 inch assorted, Gatorade and a sm bag of chips. They really skimp on the toppings. The guy gave me 2 sm thin slices of cucumber of course I asked for more, he gave me 1 more slice. 2 thin slices of tomato and two tiny thin pickles, of course I asked for more. Was given 2 half pickles. They only give you one slice of cheese, it doesn't even cover the length of the bread. Had to pay for extra cheese. I know the standard is 2 peices of cheese, then you pay extra. Scammers. Barely any meat, and the sub sauce didn't taste good, or maybe the meat was old. It tasted off, 3 bites and it was in the garbage. Terrible. I can't believe they think it's ok to skimp on toppings. It was like pulling teeth to get them to put the proper amount of toppings on and they still didn't do that. Never going back. Super annoyed. Definitely got ripped off. Shameful that this place is still in business. This place is awful. Subway is way better. I hope the owner of this franchise is investigated by...

I was so disappointed. Do not come here unless you'd like to get half the amount of ingredients you've paid for. I ordered a double meat wrap and it had about 10 little pieces of chicken which I would compare to 4 chicken McNuggets cut into small pieces. The man who works there was nice but extremely stingy. I go to a Mr. Sub in my neighbourhood in Toronto and we are always satisfied with our food. I was so angry but my husband told me to just leave it alone. I'm still annoyed a day later. My 240 pound husband had to eat a "double meat" wrap that was enough food for my 4 year old niece. I was a little more vocal and my sandwich was okay only because I would repeat myself saying a little more of this please and a little more of that please. I have been to other places where they tell you that they adhere to the calorie count but it's not fair to charge the same for half of the amount of food as previous to this whole calorie count situation. I’ve been going to this location for years. The one girl that works there (I wish I knew her name) is amazing. Makes great subs. Nice conversation. I always tip her. The fact that there is two people at this location that can do their job properly and is actually nice and not rude. The gentleman that works here & one other girl. The other staff members and sloppy and rude & you can certainly tell they hate their jobs. They wear it in their face and in the attitude. The restaurant is always a mess when other staff members are working. Especially the bathroom. Don’t even bother going in. They are cheap on toppings. Barely any lettuce on the subs let alone meat. I’ve learned my lesson to only go in during the week when I know my girl is working. I’ve tried this location multiple times on the weekend & never doing it again. I’m not paying almost 15$...
