Pizzaville — Restaurant in Whitby

While on route home with my 3 year old, he had to pee. The closest place was the Pizzaville at Brock and Gilbert in Whitby. Heading inside I pulled out my wallet assuming we would have to purchase something in order to use the washroom; thinking maybe we will just get a pizza for dinner tonight. Anyone who has had children understands the urgency of the situation so we were headed to the washroom first then we would order. Once inside the man in charge was completely arrogant and stated the washroom is closed. I pleaded stating he is three he can't hold it; his response go somewhere else. The washroom door was completely visible from where we stood, there was no sign stating out of order or washroom closed. This man just decided he wanted to flex his dominance and deny a three year old the washroom. Needless to say we did not make to a toilet, which lead to a major breakdown as he hasn't not made it to a toliet in over 6 months! Well not only did he lose our business tonight, they have lost our and all our family/friends future business as well. We will alll ensure to go elsewhere for pizza...

I cannot say enough good things about Pizzaville on Brock St South in Whitby! I can only add to the previous positive reviews. Two thumbs up and 5 stars, for sure! It's my #1 go-to pizza restaurant since I found it. There is simply no reason to go anywhere else. The menu provides an excellent variety of delicious pizza topping choices, and the crust is always perfect. If you haven't already enjoyed the panzerotti and crispy chicken wings, you must give them a try, you won't be disappointed. An added bonus: the food always arrives fast and HOT. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the owners...... what a pleasure it is to know them! They are so friendly, personable, and truly customer-oriented. Such a rarity these days, All the previous customer reviews are spot-on with their comments, all of which are a testament to the owners' dedication to the quality of their food, and their customers' satisfaction. Thank you, guys, for bringing the best pizzas and wings to Whitby :) ...

Order pizza here if you want the worst pizza/service imaginable. Pizza came after an hour and 10 minutes, it was cold and tasted like pure cardboard. Asked for one “well done” and one “regular” they were the same so if you want well done, just ask for regular bc that’s what you’ll get! Oh and i forgot to mention it was so floppy (there wasn’t that many toppings on it) so it was a two-hander for sure. Now let’s move onto the toppings themselves; the basil on the margarita pizza was probably about one basil leaf that they cut up into little shreds and put one tiny little brown floppy shred onto each piece. The “ham” was floppy pink meat and the broccoli was what? oh it was mushy biting into one piece tasted like cold, broccoli infused water gushing into your mouth.
