Read moreFor approximately five months my wife and I were researching 65" 4K LG and 4K Sony TVs. We were surprised and discouraged that a huge number of TVs in the price range of $1200 - $2000 had so many negative reviews. Our four main considerations were the LG 4K Nano85 and Nano90 Nanocells and Sony X900H 4K and X950H 4K. We visited the Visions Whitby location March 27, 2021. The salesperson was Akram Mohammed. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We shared our research results with him. He took time for us and explained the quality differences between those TVs. We discussed contrast ratios, black levels, angle viewing, etc. We heard good things and read really good reviews on the LG OLED65 CX and inquired about it. Akram also showed us the Sony 65" AH OLED for a proper comparison. He asked us to angle view them, gave his opinions, which was the LG OLED65 CX would be the best choice, and gave us privacy to talk. We chose the LG OLED65 CX. Akram worked with us regarding price and the extended warranty. The only negative which has nothing to do with Akram is how the extended warranty is set up. If you don't buy the extended warranty, only certain items are covered and it's not in home. Customers must take their TV to a service centre.
Our TV wasn't in stock, therefore had to be ordered. I believe it took one week for to arrive and we picked it up. We're very pleased with our choice! Amazing picture, contrast ratio, black levels are very impressive, the reflection adjustment technology is really good. For the purpose of context, I'm an audiophile, surprisingly, the sound is pretty good. Nevertheless, we purchased another Vizio soundbar with their wireless sub-woofer. They're far better than Bose, better or comparable to Sonos. LG, Sony, Samsung, Proscan and Monster don't come close.
We were pleased with Akram. He didn't try to pressure sell us and appreciated that he didn't start with the their most expensive TVs. I think he spent approximately an hour with us.

Went in looking for a over the range microwave sales guy asked what we were looking for he first showed us one that had a big dent I the top that you would have to fix befor you could mount it. Then we asked about any other one that they would have I stock as we wanted one right away he went to show us a samsung that he found out they didn't have. Another salesman told him that we don't have it but can get one he stared showing us some then the other salesman told him they had another one a both one on clearance I eold him we didn't want to spend 500 on one he said to let him see what he could do so we told him to see what he could do as we went to look at it again he comes over saying he could give it to us for 598.00 me and my wife looked at each other like what ? As he says it's online for 698 so we tell him that's funny it says 500 on it he tells us well than I'll give it to you for 498 .. we laughed and said no so we asked about one that we seen at home depot if they could get it he looked and said yes and it was 315.00 we told him home depot has it for 245.00 and they have a sign out front saying they will beat anyone's prices by 15% and we showed him a picture we took of it so he said he will look online and see as he does it dosnt show the price as it's a instore special so he won't match and beat it like their sign says and starts to get nasty about it so we decided to tell him it's wrong what he is saying and tells us to go buy it as it's a good price . So be careful with this place as what they advertised doesn't mean anything to them because when you show a better price theydon't do as they advertised.so we went else were and purchased a 400.00 microwave. So they lost out on this sale and any other sales from us and anyone that we talk to because we will not support this...
