Today at lunchtime I decided that I wanted to have 2 of Burger King's chicken sandwiches for lunch.. I drove from oshawa to this location pulled up to the Speaker and said that I would like the 2 for $8 mixing match I would like 2 chicken sandwiches. the very nice lady on on the speaker said they are no longer 2 for $8 they are 2 for $9 I said I just saw the advertisement and it said $8 so I understand limited time only but it's still on she said but ours are $9 For 2. I told her to forget it and I drove away without purchasing. The picture that you see is the picture I took of my TV advertising 2 for $8 mix and match match so the sale is not over.. I was watching a television program when this advertisement came up at approximately 7 PM so the sale is still on when I talk to the head office... they told me this was false advertising at that particular location. Burger King's head office said they're going to let the owner of that location know and to give me a call I will post an update if they call.........up date...no call from owner. He Obviously doesn't care. If you can avoid this location do it. Myself and my friends will not be going there again. Even the head office said he'll be giving me a call...
Read moreI buy my kids their lunches their use to be on a regular basies-south asian(indian) woman who works their when the order is wrong or under cook she refuses to do anything she doesnt care your stuck with it -so basically you pay-order is wrong -she tells you to basically deal with it-she works at the drive thru-okay manager is also south asian is incredible in the fact he works to make it right and the experience for customers with him is excellent !!! A plus for him but you have to call on the phone and drive back to get it corrected too much effort spent -btw i also have aouth asian background so its just away as I dont know their names! Basically burger king should pay him to gove her a training course so with my husband kids and the dog we soend over 50 -have to go back to mcdonalds as its closer and at least if they screw up employee wont debate with me when I go back...
Read moreThe burger patty was under cooked. The middle portion of the patty was super hard that I could not bite it at all. I took the burger back to the restaurant and let the cook know my concern. His response was ‘But sir, you already ate half the burger. So, we cannot reissue’.
I did not understand what kind of response was that. Yes, I ate the burger until I realized that the middle portion of the patty was undercooked.
I was not expecting such kind of response from him. He is not even sorry for the quality of burger he provided me. Did he think that I am there for extra food? The tone of his response, attitude and his sarcastic ‘Have a great day, Sir’ really pissed me off. I don’t even need an extra burger. Just a simple sorry and assurance that he will be mindful in future??
Made me regret for choosing Burger King tonight. Will never visit this...
