Best Customer Service Experience with FAVOUR!
I recently visited the St. Annes location on Monday (25/Dec/2024) of this business with my wife, and I felt compelled to share our experience with Favour, who is new staff to this business. Over the past four years, I have attended both locations of this shop, and I can confidently say that I have never encountered a staff member as polite and eager to assist as Favour.
While browsing the aisle, Favour approached us with a warm smile and asked, āIs there anything I may help you find?ā Her friendly demeanour immediately made us feel welcome. Even after we assured her we were fine, she went above and beyond by letting us know she would be at the front desk and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance. This level of attentiveness and genuine care for customers is truly commendable. Favourās approach not only enhanced our shopping experience but also set a high standard for customer service in this establishment. The aisles are narrow, that's granted but she almost pushed me out of the way without a word of "please, excuse me". A customer had to call out twice before she came to attend to her.
She picked a call for the store and walked away to attend to the customer over the phone, at least be courteous and tell me, "I'll be right back please." Not a word! After the call, she proceeded to hiss and sighed.
There is a sign for no verbal or physical harassment policy towards their staff but nothing to protect customers from rude cashiers.
I've been shopping here for years. I'll walk out once I see this rude cashier again and shop elsewhere. I'll advise...
