Not only was the pizza overpriced with delivery fee, it was burnt, the crust was about the size of a loaf of bread and the toppings were virtually non-existent. When I scraped off the topping to only eat that today, after reheating it, I barely got one spoonful of topping per piece and threw out complete "loaves of uninspiring pizza bread." The worst part is that I know the St. Boniface Pizza Hotline is fantastic. I've eaten in store and ordered from them at other people's houses. That is always a good experience. And yet this location (on St. Anne's) was just as bad (if not worse, if that's at all possible) than Domino's, Little Caesar's or Pizza Pizza or Pizza Hut. Pick one. All are terrible. If that weren't bad enough, when I called 222-2222, they told me delivery had to come from this store, even though I wanted the St. Boniface location. And the distance from my house to either location is about the same. I guess I'll have to move then, unless Pizza Hotline start monitoring their locations or allow their customers some flexibility...
Read moreBest bang for buck.. ordered my pizza and the guy said ten minutes.. i timed it.. outstanding service from the pizza hotline on st. Anne's road.. i applaud your performance.. 9 mins ( probably less) and the fellow that was working delivered a piping hot pizza right to my car window.. if you see this review @jerrychamplony the guy working at the ste anne's location feb 26th about 1030 pm 2024 deserves recognition for his effort.. wicked good pizza he made for me and he went up and above and brought it right to my car. These little things make me a life long loyal customer.. ( aswell as i wired half of your cafe 22's and your test facility with t+a electric) give that guy employee of the year and a little raise and a high five from me.. great job man!!! i appreciate the great pizza and your commitment. The pizza gods will eternally smile on...
Read morereally stingy on the toppings, a 4-topping pizza gave me some variety but it felt like i could've got more just ordering a pepperoni elsewhere
prompt for tip on pickup is kinda scummy especially since there's no sit-down area or extra service provided at all
the extra $0.75 i paid for a "stick sauce" for my cheese sticks was so small I was only able to use it for 4 or 5 of the 16 little cheese sticks and the garlic dip only lasted two or three pizza slices, pretty overpriced for how small they are so that kinda left a bad impression
EDIT: I sent an email over to the email but they had no idea about my review here, they told me they couldn't do anything unless I had a picture of my pizza & weren't able to provide an example of "proper toppings" to me. At least they said they'd follow up regarding the sauce thing but pretty...
