This small grocery store manages to keep things organized and relatively tidy. The majority of the product is Indian, so it is an adventure for me. I am becoming acquainted with Indian food, so wandering through the shop, reading labels and learning about different types of foods is fun. They carry a limited variety of Mexican food items such as enchilada sauce, salsa, some spices. They also carry a variety of larger packages of rice, spices, dry beans and lentils. Serious health warning... Most of the stuff that is being sold over there is expired. This has happened 4-5 times with us. We complained there once but they don’t look at the inventory. Today my roomate got 8 items from there and 4 out of 8 items have been expired from more than 5 months. I tried to reach to government of canada via email regarding this serious issue; they told me that government is only responsible for baby foods and medicines....
