I stumbled upon SOI a couple of years ago and since then I have always loved going in to check out their new pieces. Not only do they have the most amazing pieces, but going to the store is like going to visit with friends. Both Jordan and Rachel are warm, welcoming and so great to be around which has made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. It is so amazing having young people like them starting up a new business while giving back to their community. A great example of this is the many charitable endeavours they take on as a company, such as collection and donation drives for local charities. I had multiple items consigned through them and most, if not all, got sold at a discounted price. I'd understand the rush if the items were nearing the end of the sales agreement time frame but that wasn't even the case. They already priced the items at a price that barely meets the market price and a discount on top of that with them taking 50% of the sales - I felt robbed. I tried reaching out to them and months passed with no follow up. Would've been better off keeping everything or selling them through other more well-known consignment...

Overall great service, friendly and location is beautiful…however the bag I bought was over priced by a pretty significant amount, not mad per se as I’m very happy to support local entrepreneurs and businesses. But could have saved at least $180 on the bag. It’s Also on me for not looking more for a fairer priced option. So I will take L and not blame someone for making money.

Must say the bag is in incredible shape and I do not feel ripped off….however paying 35% over comparative's is a bit of a hard...
