Everything is beautiful except the smell/flavour of the coffee beans and the customer service. I bought a bag of Colombian Beans (medium roasted). The beans were very dark roasted (???) and had a weird old boot smell (very old beans, for sure). I could hardly recognize it as coffee, but I decided to try it anyway and made myself an expresso shot. I don't know what was worse: the taste of that coffee or the customer service when I tried to return that thing. No refund, no gift card. They only felt sorry that I didn't like the beans.
