Nice little market restaurant. Took home the stuffed shells. We added cheese on top last 15 min. Was a fantastic dish with garlic bread. They are Pricy. $28.95 plus tax. Not a great value. Honestly if they could bring the price down, they would have massive sales on this item. The Meatballs 10 for 28.95 plus tax I do not recommend at all! Mostly filler. Not a lot of flavour very dissatisfied at that price. I wouldn’t buy again. The pizza was ok. We had the sweet and spicy. Cracker crust found the pizza was a little dry yet it didn’t seem cooked. And was not cut through which made it hard to pull the pieces apart without making a mess of them. Did get the occasional burst of Honey sweetness could’ve used a little more. Didn’t even taste it on some pieces. The other pizza was made incorrectly and was discarded the cannoli first time having it I wouldn’t order it again. I thought it would’ve had a bit of crunch, but it was more like a pancake. Soft and chewy. The sandwich was very good personally, I think that’s what I would go back for. I was also told this is only place that makes a pizza pocket and to try it next time. Their specialty. I will return to try that and a different sandwich and desert. Friends had tried sandwiches and were satisfied so it seems like that’s what they do best as of now. Nice place owner and daughter were very nice and wanted to fix the situation but we had to be somewhere. 3.5 stars on first experience. If you’re going to charge, premium price, need to have a premium product. Not cutting the pizza properly not cook thoroughly mistake on toppings plus not evenly spread. Little more time and a proper experienced chef instructing the kid’s...

Vincenzo's Mercato is a great addition to River Heights! Not too overwhelming with a great selection of Italian essentials, everything is high quality and prices are great. Updating this review after eating in a bunch of times to watch soccer, and yes, the pizza is sooooo good (best crust in town hands down), with a small wine selection and coffees too. Portafoglio Sandwiches are absolutely excellent as well, super hearty and delish. Staff were awesome at suggestions and I picked up the most delicious vegan pesto sauce that was divine, as well as an amazing gluten free focaccia (parm-free and vegan)... which didn't last long! Chickpea Salad is another fave, yum!! You can grab everything you need for a delish gnocchi ~ a wonderful tip I was given was to add the Baked Black Olives to my tomato sauce, and wow did it ever give my sauce some...

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and were so impressed with the quality food and atmosphere. The food tasted amazing, fresh and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was relaxed and Staff were so friendly. Everything was also so clean! You can tell a business has high standards when their washrooms are as immaculate as their store front. This truly is what an Italian mercato is supposed to be, bringing the community together over fresh quality food and drinks. It was refreshing to sit in an establishment that allows you to just sit, relax and enjoy your company with good food in the middle of the day. Vincenzo truly showcases a part of italian culture right here at home, cannot recommend this...

I just picked up a turkey sandwich and got it grilled. The crunch from the bread shook my soul. The guy carefully constructed it fresh for me, he was precise and each bite is perfect. Next time I'll have to try their drinks. Also everyone there was very friendly.
