Baby Central did not send me any details about my order despite having charged me as soon as I placed my order. My calls and messages were not returned. Instead, I received a text message asking me to pick up my order even though it was over the $300 limit for free delivery. I called the number listed and the guy who spoke no English asked for payment which I refused, as I’d already paid by credit card when I placed the order. He also insisted I should pick up the order myself. A few hours later, I received confirmation from BC saying the order was ready for the courier. It was delivered shortly afterwards. Overall, a very disappointing experience with no after- sales support and a clear lack of coordination between staff responsible for taking and dispatching orders. Not shopping...

I just had an "emergency" because Amazon delivery was delayed for Pull-Ups night time diapers meanwhile the whole family is sick and we can't go out to pickup anything. My two year old refuses to wear anything without a princess on them to sleep (don't even get me started, we tried everything. lol). Ordered online and picked up at their warehouse within an hour or so. So tonight I will sleep better thanks to the rockstars who helped me solve this at Baby...

The gift was well received (within the timeframes specified - thank you for keeping me updated at each stage) and the recipient loved the gift!
