Review of Hotel Management and Front Desk Service ：

Very disappointed with the hotel’s service. Requested an 8PM checkout, paid to extend until 6PM, and asked for two more hours.

Had to follow up myself. Front dest LILY was unprofessional, failed to check with the manager ECHO.

A simple yes or no was all I needed. The handling was poor, showing a lack of professionalism and care for elite members.

Commercial office building with bottom 7-8 floors for shopping mall, is a very popular concept. At least very convenient for my trip here, go to the office on high floors and join the rush of crowd to restaurants during lunch hours. The metro subway station Nanyou, definitely a huge plus for office colleagues, who can rent houses along the metro line stations and daily commute by subway. Even spent some time to tour various shops including the EV car shops, mobile phone shops, grocery...

This is the first Raffles City Mall outside Singapore. The mall itself is modern with plenty of luxury stores and restaurants.

Some of them are quite unique here in Shenzhen such as Shantou style hot pot restaurants, Singaporean snack food stall and Sweden designers household brand.
