Upon entering the door, you can already smell the stench of cigarette. And the sign says it is 100% smoke-free building. We got into a room which has no exhaust. The room is filled with cigarette smell from the other rooms. There is a party in one room and you can hear their sounds from your room. Worst is you can smell MJ smoke.
