Izzy’s was by far the best horse riding experience my husband and I have ever had. We own horses and we have also been to many places where we have gone on horse rides but this one was exceptional! From the moment we got there, Izzy’s kindness and obvious love of his horses never stopped. We began by getting to brush our horses and tacking them up. We then proceeded thru the forest in which we had to weave thru various obstacles that made it fun. We saw sloths, monkeys, and iguanas as well as various birds and plants. Izzy answered all our questions about all of them. After getting to the beach we were offered to run our horses which was so fun. We then proceeded to the river in which we swam with our horses. I was a bit nervous but Izzy talked me thru it and convinced me to give it a try. He even went into the water with me and Bronco until I felt comfortable. It was quite a thrill. Afterwards, we headed back to the barn and he gave us fresh coconut water and a beautiful flower for my hair. He truly has passion for his horses - all of which he has rescued. We will definitely be back to do again next time we return. I would definitely recommend Izzy’s place if you are looking for a ride to remember. I know he will tailer it to whatever riding...

We were looking for horsebackriding for our daughter kind of last minute and we contacted Izzy. He promptly responded and we organised a ride for the next day. Izzy is super friendly and relaxed, he was so easy with our daughter and guided her. She has not really any great experiences with horses but Izzy made her understand quickly and after a short while she was so at ease and confident. The 1 hour ride along the beach was absolutely amazing and we had a great time. We were so happy that we have gotten to experience that with Izzy who made this a lot of fun. From arriving, to continued experience, this was a life altering experience. I was taken in as family and shown things I could have never imagined in my wildest dreams. The care for the horses is impeccable and I would gladly relinquish life in the States to be close to them! I woke up every day in CR with the hope to ride. You will not regret signing up to ride horses through the jungle with beautiful maripozas azul and then gallop on the beach!
