The pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive after ordering, and when I expressed concern, the customer service response was to return the pizza if I didn't want it. Extremely disappointing service.

Honestly to manage to deliver a pizza in the same area (5-10 minutes distance) in 2 hours must be some kind of record i sure wasn't aware of. I also called at 1hr 30min to ask where is my food and you politely answered "on the way"...delivery came after 25 minutes. Thank you for the worst online order, it was the last from you definitely. It was one of the best pizza places in Nicosia but now sometimes only if you are lucky. Most of the times it comes overcooked or dry and with not enough sauce. Finally you always have to take into consideration that delivery will never arrive faster than a hour ( but that you can avoid by ordering sooner ). Other than that i love it and i have yet to find a better one ( when its coocked properly ) .

Amendment : they have improved cooking and last three times no complaint at all. Much better....
