Ok, this one has to be a 1 star, and it has nothing to do with customer service and staff... It's simply this: all the sets are approximately 15% more expensive than in a local lego store. This is just insane, they should be cheaper because you are in Billund and because you paid entry fee... Even online lego shop is 10% cheaper...
The second thing is PAB wal and BAM wall: I'm sorry lego, I was expecting loads of different bricks, but got only 3/4 of a usual offer, and all priced 99dkk (13eur) for 100g. I usually get aroung 350g for 18eur at a local store.
Not only was I expecting exclusives, but I was fairly dissapointed wirh the regular offer in the end....

A bit much but we said to ourselves, no problem, we are going to buy gifts for our lovely nephew. As we came to the info point we were told we cannot visit the store if we don't have the Legoland ticket :( This fact, that you can't visit the shop, was not specified nowhere on the official website neither on Google. It was quite the opposite actually, it says you can visit the shop and buy gifts. Basically we payed 70DKK parking for 5 minutes...
Read moreEasily one of the largest shops around, but they're horribly overpriced compared to other countries. Many sets are repeated throughout the store, making it appear like there's more sets than there really is.
Store does NOT participate in the VIP program and does NOT do any GWP's! Other than the (very few!) legoland exclusive sets and gear, it's not worth spending much time here. Even then, you can get those same sets for cheaper at local legoland discovery centers.
Pick a Brick wall is small and is per 100g instead of per cup, making it much more expensive.
