Bijouterie TASSANARY — Local services in Grasse

In summer 2023 I stopped by this shop to get my Maurice Lacroix watch checked for a new battery. I asked to be careful when opening and got confirmed the shop owner is used to this kind of structures.

15 minutes later as I return, I am told it’s not a battery issue and they can’t help.

I sent my watch (still under guarantee) to Maurice Lacroix who informed me today that the watch was damaged by a third party and a part of the watch was broken, costs 350€.

Don’t take on jobs you don’t know how to handle stick with what you know to do and don’t try out your dusted skills on my property behind closed doors where nobody can see what you do!

It’s a great lesson learned for me though.

If you break things stay up for it and take responsibility.

Je suis venu récupérer ma montre en SAV. Elle fonctionne bien, l'intervention a été efficace et dans le délai annoncé. Cependant j'ai trouvé que la vendeuse m'avait réservé un accueil froid. Il est vrai que c'est une montre offerte par mes enfants ne demeurant pas dans la région. Elle n'a donc pas été achetée chez Tassanary. C'est peut-être...

Le propriétaire, joaillier est un vrai professionnel d'une gentillesse et d'un professionalisme extraordinaires. Mon épouse avait cassé l'émeraude de sa bague de fiançailles, celui-ci a su la conseiller et a refait sa bague encore plus belle. Merci...
