I purchased a pair of headphones which broke after a month. During my first visit to the store, it took 30 minutes to accept the headphones for repair under warranty service. Two weeks later, I received a phone call informing me that the headphones could not be repaired. I was offered a gift card as compensation, but I declined and requested the same model as a replacement. After a few days, I received another phone call stating that the model was not available and that I would receive a cash refund on my card. When I arrived at the shop, the staff member initially offered a gift card and claimed that he could not refund me on the card. I refused and requested to speak to the manager. After some time, another staff member came and informed me that the manager was not available, but now he could refund me on my card. Despite being first in line, the staff member spoke with colleagues and other clients, seemingly to make me wait. After 25 minutes, the refund procedure was finally completed, totaling 40 minutes of waiting. However, a few days later, I noticed that the cash had not been returned to my account. As a result, I have decided not to shop at Fnac again. My experiences with Amazon and other shops have been much better, with no issues and no waiting. First, I approached a lady working there to ask about mobile phone options, but she responded in a very rude manner. Then, I tried speaking to a gentleman, but he also showed no interest in listening. It felt like they assumed I was just there to pass the time rather than to make a purchase.
Because of their attitude, I decided not to buy my phone from this store. I wanted to give them zero stars, but since that wasn’t an option, I am giving them one star.

As I went to collect my order, the manager, called BASSET LAURENCE came with only 2 pieces of the item with the packaging all ripped. I told her that this is not what I ordered, and she said "there is nothing I can do to you, this is what we have, take it or leave it". I tried to explain to her that I bought a "bundle" that contains 8, yet, she said that it is only 2 and then went in and left me there. She was impolite, unprofessional, and inpatient.
