Interesting to see the ancient caves however the only cheese making you will see is in the marketing video you watch at the beginning of the tour. I was looking forward to seeing cheese at different stages of production and ageing. You may possibly see a few cheeses in one of the rooms near the end of the tour. When you do reach the end other the tour you get to taste three cheeses. The shop sells cheese at quite infatuated prices and some expensive souvenirs are available. There is an exhibition of historical photos that are quite interesting too. For English, and I guess every other nationality you are given a printed sheet and follow the guide into the darkness, not sure how you read the text. The caves themselves are fascinating, the work done in them is amazing, but the tour was such a disappointment. If they offered headsets and codes to pick up the tour story that would be so much better, would not recommend it...
