The saleswomen were only nice if you wanted to buy jewelry, otherwise, they would let you wait for more than 15 minutes while three saleswomen helping one customer.

I came here with my broken necklace and spoke to a saleswoman who didn’t seem to know much about the guarantee because she had to ask one of her coworkers. Her coworker responded with, “Okay, I will check later.” Even the saleswoman I was speaking with said, “My coworker will take care of you after.”

But after finishing with the previous customer, instead of helping me, she went to another coworker who was assisting a different customer and joined their conversation, completely ignoring the fact that I had been waiting for more than 10 minutes right beside her.

And NO, THAT SALESWOMAN NEVER CAME BACK TO ME.

After about 15 minutes, it was the same saleswoman I had initially spoken to who finally returned, only to tell me that the guarantee was not applicable.

I didn't have a particularly positive experience here. Unfortunately (as noted by other reviewers) the customer service is pretty bad. I brought back a necklace fron Hd'O that had disintegrated into 8 distinct pieces (after 3 months) and the woman working there was not particularly helpful. Despite her cold customer 'service' I organised a replacement. When I went back to collect it I was charged an additional sum that had not been included when I paid for a replacement of the faulty necklace. Je me suis rendue dans cette bijouterie Histoire d’Or de la place de la comédie à Montpellier pour acheter des cadeaux. J’ai été très rapidement accueillie par une jeune conseillère de vente très agréable et souriante (désolée je n’ai pas votre prénom). Je précise que je n’avais pas vraiment d’idée de ce que je voulais, sinon la couleur et la matière des bijoux. Elle m’a immédiatement orientée vers la vitrine or, en cherchant à cerner mon besoin et en me montrant ce qu’elle pensait pouvoir convenir. Elle s’est montré patiente et a cherché à m’orienter malgré mes hésitations. Je suis repartie au bout d’environ 10 minutes avec deux magnifiques bracelets en or qui correspondent parfaitement à ce que j’étais venue chercher. En résumé j’ai passé un moment agréable, avec une vendeuse très gentille, dévouée et avenante, qui a vraiment cherché à m’aider du mieux qu’elle pouvait. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’amabilité et l’efficacité reçue lors de ma visite. Je reviendrai lorsqu’il me faudra d’autres bijoux et vous recommande chaleureusement...
