Very impolite. incredibly rude from the start, and within minutes the manager said she would cut my sister off because she’s a known robber and fighter. And she in front of our 7 friends. It was our first time there. The waiter said my sister was there and hour ago (identified by her blond hair) and he knew she was drunk. She had not had a single drink. I offered to show them pictures of our entire evening on my phone, the staff declined. the manager also spilled my sisters drink and just walked away. no apology or replacement. absolutely shocking. The drinks were watered down and overpriced. Their meager menu of 3 items had a cheese option which we chose. There was nothing to eat it with. Just a cup of cubed cheese. Our friend had their least expensive draft beer- 4,50€. Très impoli. incroyablement grossier dès le début, et en quelques minutes, la responsable a dit qu'elle couperait ma sœur parce qu'elle est une voleuse et une combattante connue. Et elle devant nos 7 amis. C'était notre première fois là-bas. Le serveur a dit que ma sœur était là et il y a une heure (identifiée par ses cheveux blonds) et il savait qu'elle était ivre. Elle n'avait pas bu un seul verre. J'ai proposé de leur montrer des photos de toute notre soirée sur mon téléphone, le personnel a refusé. le directeur a également renversé la boisson de mes sœurs et s'est juste éloigné. pas d'excuses ni de remplacement. absolument choquant. I really love this place! The service is simply amazing, attentive and quick. The beer selection is wide (except they could add some more internationality, since most of the beers are Belgian - still good choices!!). The seasonal beers are mostly excellent too and the staff can advise properly to your taste. For the non beer lovers, there are spirits, cocktails and softs as well. Visited in September 2024. We were 7 people and sat inside. The beer selection was great and the staff was nice and helpful. There are QR codes on the tables to access the menus and you can even get table service, which I'm not so used to for a beer bar.
