Paris Shuttle — Local services in Paris

Wonderful experience. I am a tourist from Michigan. I booked the appointment online on the website and paid with cash, which was nice because i didn’t need to be worried about putting my card into a website. I called an hour after booking and confirmed my appointment. We headed from downtown Paris to Orly. They called me 1 hour prior of my ride to confirm the appointment again, which made me feel confident they would show. They arrived 10 minutes early and took us right where we needed to be. My only recommendation to anyone booking last minute is to call and confirm your ride. It appears their website allows for booking even if they might not have any availability. We arrived at Paris CDG in late March. We had 4 people in our party. Upon arrival there was no car to meet us and the person on the phone was quite rude when we inquired about the status of the car. The serve claims they will meet you with a sign and offer a comfortable .transfer to the downtown hotels. NOT TRUE. There site is clearly deceptive and it shows a van with a uniformed drive. We had a tin car which was inadequate for 4 people. At most this car was set up for 2-3 people and the driver was 30 minutes late. The exact same thing happened at the hotel. A tiny car showed up 15 minutes late for 4 people and certainly not the van which they implied. Do not make the same mistake I made. Also when I tried to add a review to their site it was rejected. We were having difficulties finding a reliable airport shuttle in Paris, but Paris Shuttle responded immediately to our request on WhatsApp and had a driver booked within the hour. The driver arrived on time and messaged us when he got there so we weren’t waiting in the cold.
