God forbid if you bought something in one of the shops of Megatechnica and it didn't work - it is a nightmare to use the warranty. You deal with technicians that blame you and ask for additional money for the repair. When you tell the services personel that you would rather have the item changed, they avoid talking to you, direct you to the same technician (who screamed at me quite a bit) and insist that they cannot change the item for you before the technician approves so. Quite a vicious circle. I would stay away...
