Sushi Room — Restaurant in Tbilisi

I generally love this place—delicious food and coffee. Also, I only really like leaving positive reviews for restaurants, but I can’t say what’s why I’m here today. The level of service was so subpar that I can’t just casually let it slide.

Unfortunately, our server made a mistake (brought me the wrong order). That’s fine; mistakes happen—but it’s really unprofessional to make the customer pay the price for your errors.

After I politely asked for the correct order, she insisted that I pay for the wrong food item too. She adamantly tried to blame me for her mistake and had the audacity to tell me to “calm down”. Also, she appeared not to not to know what was on the menu; she said “oh, we have banana spring rolls?”.

It is human to make mistakes, but sadly, gaslighting customers is not the solution. One should take accountability for mistakes instead of trying to blame the other person. This is really unprofessional; as a result, I cannot apologise for my angry outburst and...

I don’t usually post reviews, but this is a case. Me and my friend had Ramen, 2 rolls, tea (bag) and juice. Ramen was not great, not terrible - I don’t know why the chose to add sweet(!) omelette instead of just boiled egg, which is classic for centuries. Anyway rolls were just awful, and we waited it for 30 min (Monday afternoon, empty restaurant, 4 people in kitchen). We were really hungry and at hurry so I didn’t care a lot and didn’t complain. But the bill was ~140 lari which is insane!!! It’s a mall tiny caffe in mall! I can forgive you bad quality food, but not restaurants prizes. I have never eaten any less worthless food in Tbilisi for almost an year. One star for nice waitress, one for ok ramen. Thank you. Will...

Service in restaurant itself was good, staff is very nice but I had bad interaction with manager. According to Georgian law Vat 18% should be included in menu prices that I see, but they were not included l pointed it out and she started arguing with me that they still have time to change it, and I had law open in front of me and she still didn’t listen and told me if I want I can report them.
