Disappointing Stay – Not Tourist-Friendly
We booked Tbilisi Chambers through the Wyndham website expecting the usual standards of an international chain, but our experience was very underwhelming.
First, the location is terrible for tourism. It’s at least a 20+ minute walk or a Bolt ride to Old Tbilisi, which is where most attractions, cafes, and shops are. The hotel’s guidebook claimed it was close to souvenir shops and cafes, but that’s simply not true. If you’re visiting for sightseeing, stay closer to Old Town—you’ll save time, money, and frustration.
Parking was another major issue. The hotel has no parking at all, and the front desk couldn’t provide any guidance on where to park or the street rules. We were literally told to “ask the police.”
We booked a family room with breakfast included, but at check-in, they told us breakfast was not included, despite what was shown on the Wyndham site. The room itself was the correct type, but several amenities were missing: no toiletries, no bathrobes, no minibar, and very minimal towels (just two towels and two bath mats—no hand towels). We had to call the desk at one point because for a 3 night stay, they provided one roll of toilet paper for a family of four. Coffee was included in the room, but it was never replenished, and no dairy creamer was provided.
Noise was another problem. The room was supposed to be soundproof, yet we heard everything from the hallway—people talking, stomping, and even housekeepers. Our window view was of loud AC units, making it impossible to enjoy any quiet.
To top it off, there’s an extra charge if you want your room cleaned during your stay.
Overall, this stay did not meet the expectations we associate with an international brand like Wyndham. From now on, I will double-check everything on their website because this experience felt misleading. If you’re planning a trip to Tbilisi for tourism, book a hotel in Old Tbilisi—the atmosphere is better, you’ll be near all the attractions, and you won’t waste time and money on Bolt rides. This property seems better suited for locals,...

Thank you for your email.
I would like to say that my experience in your hotel is not in our expectations as wyndham standard. We are also working in Wyndham property in Qatar and we never expected this kind of experiences. We booked in your hotel for 10 nights but shortened our stay because it’s not comfortable staying in your hotel. The moment we check in from the reception no greetings and not informing us about the breakfast to make it short there is no welcoming and not even assist for the luggage. When we enter the room there is no bathroom amenities such as toothbrush. This is not a wyndham brand standard. We called reception if possible for a room move but the lady said the hotel is full, we are willing to pay additional cost to get a room but declined. We called room service to order a coffee and the lady said we need to go down to pick up our coffee, I cancelled the order because what’s the purpose of room service if guest will Order and guest will also pick up the order??? We went to reception to check if there is any place that we can go and the receptionist said search in Google. Really, is this how you treat your guest? Cleaning of the room we don’t know how they do the cleaning. We sent an email in your property on August 12 that we wanted to check out on 14th or 16th August because we are not satisfied in your hotel but we didn’t get a reply since the day we checked out on 16th August and the reception doesn’t even bothered to ask why we check out early. We are not looking for any refund. Lastly, I observed while waiting in the lobby around 8 am, your receptionist I didn’t see who but listening or watching something in his mobile who are not very cautious about what’s he’s doing.
Overall, I can say that we regret that we stay in your hotel. We are also working in Wyndham property in...
