I bought a Miele brand washing machine, a dryer and a Bauknecht brand dishwasher from here. Filiz Pan supported us in this regard. We had 3 problems after purchasing.
Problem 1; Filiz Pan suggested that we buy a mobile-enabled washer and dryer, and we bought it. However, in the machines he sold, this feature was only available in the dryer and not in the washing machine. Filiz Pan never responded to my repeated calls and e-mails regarding this matter.
Problem 2; They also failed to install the dryer. Normally, the water should be connected to the drain, but they did not do this and we had to manually drain the water after each process. We did not receive any support from Filiz Pan on this issue. We sent e-mails and called, but she did not call back.
Problem 3; They did not install the dishwasher properly, the kitchen counter swelled and absorbed water. You can see it in the photo. Filiz Pan said that a device would be installed for countertop protection, but this device was not installed during the installation and the employee who came to the service was told that this device did not exist.
As a result, after not receiving a response to my repeated e-mails and calls, I went to the store to meet Filiz Pan's manager Philip Bussmann and explained the issue. Mr.Bussmann said that they would support and fix this issue. But this issue is still not resolved. Nobody answers the phones. I can't reach anyone. I really regret buying...
Read moreThe first Saturn-Hansa-Markt was opened in July 1961 by Friedrich Wilhelm and Anni Waffenschmidt at Cologne's Hansaring. Consumer electronics items were mainly sold to "diplomats from all over the world" on 120 m². In 1968 the two founded the company Hansa-Foto. Since 1969, private customers have also been able to shop at Saturn and Hansa-Foto. In 1972, the Waffenschmidts opened the first technical department store in Cologne with what they claimed to be the "largest phonograph record in the world". In the early 1980s, a large branch was opened on the Theresienhöhe in Munich, followed in 1985 by a branch in Frankfurt with the participation of Kaufhof. Saturn was acquired by the Media Markt holding company in 1990, both of which were merged into the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group.
In 1992 there were seven Saturn Hansa stores (Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Dortmund, Hanover, Nuremberg, Gelsenkirchen).
The area of a market is usually between 2,000 m² and 10,000 m². An exception can be found in Hamburg with 18,000 m² and six floors which makes it one of the largest electronics stores in the world. Its origins relate to the merger of the Horten and Kaufhof department stores in 1995. In Hamburg, Kaufhof and Horten had stores side by side in Mönckebergstrasse, at the main train station. Both Saturn and Kaufhof were part of the Metro Group, so the Horten store was closed and occupied in 1999 with the...
Read more(06.05.2023) Went in the store and asked about buying a TV. The only requirement I had was "I would like to go home with it today".
Multiple employees (among which also higher titled) discussed about it as the TV was there but their website didn't show it as available.
They instructed me to purchase it from the website and that I'll have it in the same-day. They told me to go and pick it up at the pick-up zone only for the person working there to decline.
They had an argument amongst themselves, but in the end I left without the TV. Later I had to argue and cancel my order, my funds were delayed because of that and more inconvenience on my end.
