Pool Hall — Local services in Münster

It was pleasant, but... despite giving a tip to the staff of 20%, they decided to take 20% more and play stupid. Stealing from customers is never nice, especially when one could give them no tip. Gratitude is repaid by theft.

What is the point of such a hostile response? What do you aim to achieve except appear like a vengeful business? I do not accuse anyone of theft. I say that I tipped the staff two euros, and the staff decided to take another two euros extra. If it is easier for you, I will take back the theft part, and state that the staff is not competent to handle checks...

Its nice place for group to hang out and play games like snooker, pool and dort etc. Apart from games you can also order food and drinks, there is also large varieties of drinks and alcohol. We normally play snooker and their tables are quite good but the sticks are not that good as compared to tables. Normally you don't need to reserve the table etc but if you are planing to visit in the weekend then it would be better to reserve the table. Otherwise you have to have to wait and some time you have to wait even more than...

Vorab, ich bin nicht der, der negative Bewertungen schreibt. Eigentlich schreibe ich garkeine Bewertungen. Aber hierbei kann ich nicht anders. Wir wollten mit 3 Freunden gemütlich Fußball gucken. Haben uns, trotz schon vielen negativen Erfahrungen für die Poolhall entschieden.Wir sollten uns einen freien Tisch aussuchen und bestellten sofort Getränke. Diese kamen nach 25min. Ich habe direkt das nächste Getränk bestellt welches nach weiteren 40min am Tisch war. Zwischendurch liefen Service Kräfte fragend mit unserem Essen durch die gänge. Leider waren für die Currywurst und Pizza keine Messer dabei. Dies reklamieren wir sofort. Gesehen haben wir die Messer nie. Das Essen war ok. Da dies aber nicht gereicht und somit nicht satt gemacht hat, habe ich eine Pommes mit Ketchup nachbestellt. Es kam eine Pommes mit Mayo. Leider musste ich dann mit dem Kellner diskutieren und mich rechtfertigen, wieso ich denn Ketchup und keine Mayo haben möchte. Wir werden hier wie gewohnt nur noch im äußersten Notfall hingehen. Leider hat sich garnichts geändert. Hinzu kommt, dass die Getränke und leeren Gläser von den Kunden vorher, auch nach dem Bezahlen noch auf dem Tisch standen. Diese wurden nicht...
