My husband and I come here regularly since we currently live nearby. My favourites are the Crunchy Chicken, Big Angus Steakhouse and the chili cheese nuggets. The food is always made fresh and it’s delicious and good size (using America standards). The staff is always very pleasant. There’s usually a lady in the back helping with cooking and she always has a smile on her face. The gentleman that usually handles the ordering seems like a manager or owner. He’s also very professional and nice. When we order, we usually wait outside the shop and him or the other staff always bring our food out to us. Once I had delivery through Lieferando and to my surprise, my food was still piping hot. To any other fellow Americans, I highly recommend any of the big Angus burgers. The veggies they use in their burgers are so fresh and crisp. They have TONS of options to choose from. Vegan friendly as well and the French fries (pommels frites) are the best I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy inside. Service is very nice as well! Highly recommended!!

Totally unexpected 5 star burger experience from an unassuming little chain. I had McDonalds just the other day and I've gotta say this is head, HEADS and tails above anything I've gotten from Mickey D's in years and years. And better than dare I say most Burger Restaurants in Munich, especially if you take the price into account.

I tried the Angus Beef and the Vegan burger, both were bomb! The curry sauce on the vegan sauce is a great twist. Much better vegan burgers from many other places, and they don't even make a huge deal about their vegan options. Fries were crunchy as well.

I have visited a couple of times and really love the Big Angus Steak House Burger and the Finger food box. Moreover I have to specify about the staff especially the lady in the kitchen who seems to be an Asian. She has a charming smile on her face even if it is in the busiest hours. I noticed her dedication and how fast she was in preparing the food. And I find the burgers she makes very delicious as I had a burger made by another lady staff yesterday morning and did not find it as tasty as the previous ones I had.
