The dark haired woman working here is truly a gold star in customer service, she often has long days working alone while having very long lines if people and she doesn't take out her stress on customers and is always very kind and helpful. She personally helped me during rush hair with a very complex case if sending an important document to a country with a very different and difficult address system that doesn't fit the DHL automatic form online that thry need to use to send things from Germany and she researched and made it work and the documents arrived correctly. I'm always grateful for extra care in service like this.

This place is just awful, they never deliver package to your door. Just drive in trucks with notices, which they put in your post box without even ringing. And on notice it says that they ring (which they never had, I'm working from home so I'm all day here). If you go to pick up the package, they take hours, are very impolite and lie to you that they don't have package (lost it) even tough you got email that you receive.
