Do not go! They need to close the place! Pathetic service and spoilt food was served. When we informed them, they wanted us to pay and told that we don’t know the taste of our own food. Staff and Chef were both yelling which made us very uncomfortable eating our food. We understand the work but this was unnecessary and a super bad experience.
Reply : Thank you for your response! I really think as an Indian, I do understand what my food tastes like. I am angered by the fact that you disregarded the behaviour of the staff(maybe you were one of them who made it so uncomfortable and difficult) The chicken tikka you gave us, because you dint want to give us the money back for bad food(not fresh, you’d know if the chef/staff tasted it) was uncooked as well! We did not end up eating any of those things but you would argue again and that is more incorrect than anything else. I just want anyone who is reading this to know that this is definitely not an good experience and maybe that’s why the restaurant was empty or only (later) consisted on Germans who wouldn’t be able to tell the...
Read moreI have tasted a lot of Indian food around in Germany. By far, this is the WORST indian food I ever had tasted in my life. Except the name, there is no genuine Indianness in the entire place. I might be sounding bit straight forward, but this is the real review to be taken without any pinch of salt. If you really want to waste your money on completely wrong Indian Taste then go for this restaurant. The staff is not as friendly as it is in other restaurants. The dishes tasted completely wiered compared to genuine Indian Food you find in other restaurants in Germany. The quality of meat used was also not that great. Practically the meat was uncooked. If you are still reading this review, I would tell you, that this place is seriously not the right place to have Indian Food! (This review is a genuine review and can be agreed by any real person from Indian subcontinent). All the best if you still want...
Read moreI tried the spinach curry, butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and lemon chicken. All were delicious although they didnt have enough spice to them but spinach curry was not at all like the actual indian curry. The spinach was not blended in with the curry (which is not a big problem if the curry had a little seasoning) and the curry didnt have any spice or regular indian seasoning to it. Although the food and atmosphere is good, this is not the place to go if you want to try real indian food. All the currys were Germanised.
Nonetheless, there were a lot of vegan and vegeterian options and the menu is very extended. If I were to come again I would definitely ask for...
