(Updated) To the owners. First, publishing feedback on the internet is my right as a customer. As the owner I suggest you take it more positively as a learning opportunity. You were so rude to all the negative comments and don’t even bother to respond to me in English. although I’m not sure why you did that cuz you guys clearly didn’t speak German to each other among the staffs. Second, we actually had given you a second chance in store to bring a second meal - it was as bad as the first meal, which made me wonder the change of the ownership and chief.…

I went there with a friend and she highly recommended the omelette. However when the food was served, it was not even close to what she had before. There’s not much egg in the omelet and it was burnt. Not to mention the proper food plating, which clearly existed last time my friend had it.

The service was also really bad. It’s not the family style you would expect - they don’t smile and it takes forever to get anything.

To the owners, I don’t know how you could fail so badly on an omelette. If you don’t take your job seriously then it’s just a matter of time you run out of business. You are counting on the existing customer relationship but it will not be maintained by the poor food quality.
