I have visited Munich several times at different intervals with friends, and due to proximity, I always ended up visiting your branch. I have been pleasantly surprised more than once by the friendly attitude and the amazing English communication skills of some of your staff.

It means a lot to a tourist to feel as if they are in their own country or at least in a place where they are welcomed warmly and provided with the service they need in a respectful and attentive manner.

Now, I’ve moved here with a special visa, and I visit this branch even more often! Unfortunately, I haven’t remembered the names, but you have three exceptional, friendly, smart, and professional employees!

I’m always happy when they assist me because they patiently handle my special requests especially when I need precise measurements for a special dish that helps me not miss my home country too much. :)

It’s true that once I was very upset when I didn’t receive the service I needed. I was refused a request related to meat preparation as if it was my first visit or I had asked for something unusual. But it’s okay! Hopefully other colleagues will be free or I will only come when they are and help me :)

I’ll try to learn the names of those three colleagues and leave a recommendation so everyone can feel as happy as I do when receiving service from them.

Vinzenzmurr! Wenn ich bei dir ein schönes Scheiberl Rinderlende einkaufe, die als "Dry Aged" beworben wird (Früher hat man das mal "abgehangen" genannt und es war selbstverständlich. Heute lässt du mich extra bezahlen dafür.) und die Verkäuferin dann eine ziemlich hellrote Lende aus der Vakuumierung schneidet, safttriefend. Wenn ich sie dann frage, ob das die Dry Aged Lende sei, da offensichtlich weder dry noch aged. Wenn sie dann antwortet: Wenn sie nicht eingeschweißt wäre, würde sie ja trocken. Dann fühle ich mich ein ganz klein bisschen verarscht von dir. Und dann werd ich ein bisserl...

Heute habe ich einkaufen wollen, da habe ich beim warten gesehen wie der Verkäufer mit seinen Handschuhen am Boden Müll sammelt und den fest in die Mülltonne steckt. Dachte kurz Hygiene wird hier groß geschrieben… leider weit gefehlt. Anschließend wurde nämlich im Hinterraum mit den gleichen Handschuhen das Fleisch angefasst und geschnitten. Der Appetit ist mir vergangen und das Vertrauen in gute Ware aus dieser Filiale...
