Stay clear of this very unprofessional company. I ordered a size 7 pair of trainers. Recieved the wrong size. I messaged the seller numerous times and was ignored. I eventually got a reply after I commented on there Instagram photo. No apology has been received. I returned the trainers to the seller as they requested to a cost to myself. Still not received a refund and now the seller is saying they have not been recieved. Luckily they were sent recorded delivery in which I will make a claim through PayPal to seek out a refund.
