Amazing experience, the best Kuih and Pandan Cake

This is my first time ordering from Pandan Bakery because I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday. I am a regular customer at their stall but the day I wanted the cake and kuih were not on market day. It was a wonderful experience and my friend was super happy with the delivery. I have been eating Pandan cake and kuih since I was little so I know a good thing when I see it! Pandan Bakery not only makes the best, traditional products, I also love the fact that they are so clear with the ingredients, labeling and care taken with the food allergies. The delivery arrived beautifully boxed and packaged with clear information. The experience was great and personable and Ling answered emails promptly and in the most helpful manner. They were nice enough to accommodate my preferences in my small order which was very generous and kind. The lady who delivered the cake chatted to my friend and made sure she was happy with everything. It really made her day and I will definitely order more items again and remain a devoted customer....

My wife and I moved to London in 2014, and shortly afterwards I stumbled across Pandan Bakery when looking for a birthday cake that would offer her a nostalgic taste of home.

Pandan Bakery have subsequently been our go to for birthday cakes and our favourite treats ever since. We are particularly fond of the sardine puffs and the kuih.

Even when my wife was pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, they went above and beyond to create her a cake that kept her sugar levels even.

We are moving back to Singapore this summer and we will definitely miss Pandan Bakery.

Valence, Ling and Tamsin are SO sweet! I mentioned it was my birthday in my order and they wrote me a card and included some of their delicious Onde onde! Their chiffon cakes are BRILLIANT! I've tried to make them myself before but I can never get it as good as theirs! Their kuir is delightful too and I ordered their almond cookies as well to try and was blown away. I ordered online this time, but in the future I will definitely go visit them in their market stall in Putney. Keep up to date with them by following their IG page!
