I would rate no stars but I wouldn't let me so have one star. I ordered a necklace for my mum's 40th birthday in June and it was beautiful when it showed up which I can't faults, however what I can fault is that the metal has turned black and tarnished, I was appalled to discover this as I paid a lot of money for it and it was an important birthday. After numerous attempts to contact you with no response so I'm going to assume I was ripped off because either the quality of the necklace is cheap or my mother is wearing it wrong which I highly doubt. It looks tacky and I'm disgusted by this. I will quite happily take this further because I don't think you should get away with this. I didn't order cheap and tacky and to the looks of the reviews that's what other people got too. I will definitely not be recommending you to anyone unless they're looking for something cheap being at am expensive price. Even cleaning the necklace didn't work which means it's not the environment it's the metal itself. I will be quite happy to post pictures and expose you for this as I'm disgusted by the customer service and the quality. And for the record I think you should change your name because you can get cheap and tacky on the high street any day of the week, it just doesn't cost as much as your charging!!!! Terrible company. HOPLESS if there is a problem with the order.My order a time sensisitve birthday gift did not arrive on time. ABSOLOTULEY NO TRACKING INFO SUPPLIED. Contacting them is difficult as they reply 24 hours or so later. Obviously did not read my emails as each one fobbed me off with excuses. Contact to the seller even worse. Took them days to actually respond with what I asked for. Turns out the Post Office apparently tried to deliver it a day late on the 25th August but failed.(Not unusual for them). If I had been supplied with the tracking info I would have 1, watched out for P.O, 2, re arranged delivery for Saturday 27th (strike on the 26th), or Tuesday 30th. Instead I did not even know who the carrier was until eventually supplied with the tracking info on Thursday 1st Septemeber. I arranged re delivery for the 2nd and finally got the item 4 days too late to give as a gift. The item is excellent and I will keep it for someone else's gift. Simple to use and follow websiI bought this as the family decided to do Secret Santa on Christmas day. So the majority of us had already seen our children open their gifts. So this was a little extra fun for the adults. A Google search for the best Secret Santa gifts actually linked me. Most were quickly whizzed by on the found website until I saw this.

Knowing my recipient likes Gin and alcohol, I thought this was a unique and thoughtful gift.

It did not disappoint. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase (even if I did break the agreed budget - sssh)

With the ability to add your own text to the label makes this all the more unique.

I would recommend this as a purchase for Secret Santa or a loved one for Christmas, birthdays or whatever.
