Bakester — Restaurant in Unterwössen

I received the cardamom bun box for Christmas, and I loved it! I like to bake but often don't want to buy a lot of a certain ingredient that you only need a little of for a certain recipe, so having everything in just the right amount in one box was great.

The recipe card was thorough and backed up with a video tutorial (useful for understanding how to get the shaping of the buns right) so the process was easy to follow and fun to do.

Finally - the buns themselves turned out absolutely delicious! Very reminiscent of my time in Sweden, thanks...

I bought dark chocolate tart 'big box' kit for a dinner party, as I can't really bake I decided to give this a try. The product was well packaged and with fast delivery. I like that the ingredients seemed high quality and, best of all, included all the equipment I needed. I am addicted to Bakester Box. It is baking at its easiest and most satisfying! The packaging is gorgeous and so clear (and recyclable!). I was never into baking, but this definitely gave me the "baking bug" and I always look forward to a new box. Their blond cookies are gorgeous (I gave some to my neighbours too and they loved them), the lemon drizzle is delicious too. The Apple cake is a favourite and about to discover the scones this weekend. Cannot...
