Firebird Hope — Restaurant in Unterwössen

I've heard a lot about this little corner of Manchester, and about the rave reviews for Firebird Hope's old popup. Well, it's excellent.

The communal bar / food hall setup was warm and friendly. Most importantly, the burger was superb. I think a lot of places can learn from having a focused menu like this.
