Six weeks ago I tried to give my finger nails a good look as I have very soft and breakable nails. I went into your shop and had a sort of gel powder put on my nails for the first time in my life. It was at first a strange feeling but I got used to it and liked it very much. Since I became very fond of this art of nail repairment. I visited you today for a renewal of this method. I was being served excellent, a very corteous team and they can communicate with the customers on highest level (the previous owner could not speak a word of german!). Even your colleague who unfortunately is slightly handicapped served me very kind and made a very good job. I will recommend your shop to my friends, for it is worth to visit this shop that brings an interesting and valuable alternative to this town. I wish you all the success and prosperity you may...

Der Innhaber ist leider sehr frech, extrem arrogant und Kundenservice ist leider sehr schlecht. Ich habe dort meine Manicure und Pedicure gemacht. Die Manicure war von der Qualität gut. Pedicure ist leider nicht gut. Der Nagellack ist zu dick aufgetragen, die Nägel nicht so schön gefeilt. Das letzte Mal hatte ich einen Termin und musste zuerst einmal 50 Minuten warten. Dann hatten sie für meine Mani - und Pedicure sage und schreibe 4.5 Stunden total, weil die Pedicure so schlecht war, dass sie es zwei Mal machen mussten und drei verschiedene Leute an meinen Füssen dran waren :) Trotzdem gab ich ihnen noch eine Chance und machte einen nächsten Termin aus. Ich war 8 Minuten zu spät und konnte nicht anrufen, weil ich ein Schweizer Handy habe und in Deutschland kein Empfang. Sie meinten, dass ich 8 Minuten zu spät sei und Glück habe, dass ich überhaupt noch kommen darf. Dann meinte ich, dass sie mich das letzte Mal 50 Minuten habe warten lassen und 4.5 Stunden für den Service brauchten und wenn sie erwarten, dass die Kunden ganz pünktlich sind, müssen sie auch pünktlich sein. Der Innhaber war extrem frech und arrogant und sagte mehrmals zu mir, das sei halt bei ihnen so und wenn es mir nicht passt, soll ich wo anders hin. Ich solle bitte nicht mehr kommen :) So etwas Freches habe ich noch nie erlebt, die denken eben, sie hätten es nicht nötig, weil sie viele Kunden haben. Bitte das Geld dort nicht...
